History

In the early twenty-first century, thanks to a good interpretation of ice-cream market in Cordoba Capital, the Santiago family history begins with the creation of the brand Grido. By then it was just a name, but contained many expectations.

With three generations to ensure a detailed knowledge of the secrets of ice cream, Santiago focus on making ice cream. Moreover, the market is developed through the grant of ten ice cream parlors in the area west of the city. These ice cream parlors are born with the name of the Grid.
